Product Overview

The SystemShield HTAP Mini Hardware Kit is a smaller controlled hardware sub-assembly intended for HTAP-based SystemShield installations where only a reduced set of mounting hardware is needed. Instead of carrying the full mixed-hardware range of the standard mounting kit, this mini kit focuses on the screw and washer classes most relevant to the HTAP assembly and compact mounting conditions.

This kit is designed to support mixed mounting environments where the installer may encounter different equipment-thread formats and, in some cases, square-hole rail or cabinet mounting conditions. That is why the kit includes multiple machine-screw thread families and matching washer support rather than a single-thread-only configuration.

The included captive mounting hardware class aligns with current square-hole rack and cabinet hardware families. Current rack-hardware references show common cage-nut systems are used with 10-32, 12-24, and M6 thread systems in square-hole punched rails and cabinets.

This mini kit is intended to function as the compact mounting-hardware backbone for the HTAP finished-product configuration, giving the installer the required small-format mounting hardware in one managed package.
