SystemShield Net Terms & Credit Application

Apply for Net 15, Net 30, Net 45 or Net 90 terms directly with SystemShield to simplify your purchasing process and support high-volume orders.

We provide flexible credit options to qualified businesses purchasing our pre-assembled grounding kits. While a minimum order of 500 kits is typically required, applications from well-established or recognized companies may be approved regardless of quantity.

STEP 1 — REQUEST A QUOTE

• Submit specs on the product page (a refundable $25 quote deposit is collected to prioritize serious requests), or

• If your company is already approved for Net Terms, select “Invoice / Purchase Order (Net Terms)” at checkout and enter your PO number.

STEP 2 — RECEIVE YOUR PRICED QUOTE

• SystemShield sizes hardware automatically from your specs and emails a formal quote PDF.

• The $25 deposit is credited on your quote and reconciled on the final invoice.

STEP 3 — ISSUE YOUR PO

• Reference our quote #, your ship-to/bill-to, quantity, and requested ship date.

• Email your PO to support@systemshield.tech or submit it via the “Submit a PO” form below.

STEP 4 — BUILD & SHIP

• We confirm the PO, schedule production, and ship. Your invoice will show your PO number and due date (Net 15 / 30 / 45 / 90 if approved).
