Policy1. Return Eligibility

  • Condition: Products must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within [Return Period, e.g., 30 days] of the original purchase date.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or special-order products, as well as products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer, are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

  • Requesting a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Systemshieldgrounding@gmail.com or call 1(317)752-6350 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number must be included with your returned product.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • Packaging: The returned product must be securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping. Include the RMA number and a copy of the original receipt inside the package.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [number of days, e.g., 7-14 days] of receiving the returned product. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
  • Refund Amount: The refund amount will be for the purchase price of the product, excluding original shipping costs. If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, the original shipping cost will also be refunded.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Shipping fees, handling charges, and items that do not meet the return eligibility criteria are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchange Eligibility: Products eligible for return may also be exchanged for another product of equal or lesser value. If the exchanged item is of greater value, the customer will be required to pay the difference.

5. Damaged or Defective Products
