SystemShield Custom Grounding Kits

Configure a kit using only parts we stock. You choose wire types and lengths. SystemShield includes the full hardware set by default and automatically sizes hardware from your specified number of wires and their lengths to prevent misses and downtime.

How to Enter Lengths

• Stocked length (drop-down): the length you select applies to all wires of that gauge. Leave “Custom length(s)” blank.
• Custom length(s): choose Other (enter below) in the drop-down, then type one number for the designated wire(s). (Same length for all wires of that gauge.)
• Tip: If you don’t need a gauge, enter 0 in “Number of … Wires”.

What You Provide

• 12 AWG: Wire Type (THHN/THWN-2; Solid/Stranded) + length method (stock or custom) + Number of 12 AWG Wires
• 6 AWG: Wire Type (THHN/THWN-2; Solid/Stranded) + length method (stock or custom) + Number of 6 AWG Wires
• Job details: job name, rack/asset tag, site/address, requested ship date, urgency
• Optional: attach a drawing/spec

Optional H-Tap Request (no add-on here)

If your build requires an H-tap, note the details below inside your form fields or attachment. We will add the correct H-tap kit to your quote:

• Lead length: 2 ft or 3 ft (#6 green, pre-stripped both ends)

Notes: dual-rated CU/AL compression H-tap with clear snap-on cover; use inhibitor and proper surface prep; verify die imprint; bond per NEC Article 250. Components are UL listed/recognized individually; the assembled kit is not listed as a whole.

Hardware Policy

• Included automatically: Every custom kit ships with the full SystemShield hardware set.
• Right amount, auto-sized: We calculate hardware quantities from the number of wires and their lengths.
• No hardware selection needed: We include everything required to eliminate downtime.
• Default: zinc-plated fasteners; SystemShield automatically sizes the hardware set by default.

Quote Deposit (Refundable)

To prioritize serious requests, a refundable quote deposit is collected with this submission. The deposit is credited on your final invoice and refunded after payment is received. For customers using a Net Terms application, the deposit is refunded after payment posts. If no order proceeds within 30 days of our quote, the deposit is non-refundable.

Process

1. Select wire types and lengths, enter the number of wires for each gauge and job details, then add to cart.
2. At checkout, pay the quote deposit. If you choose Invoice / Purchase Order (Net Terms) and do not have pre-approved terms, we may request the deposit via secure payment link before scoping.
3. We confirm scope, size hardware automatically, and send a formal quote/invoice. Your deposit is credited and refunded after payment is received.
