How To Use This Request Form

Step 1 — Choose the kit or kits you want

At the top of the form, choose which kit you are requesting:

• SystemShield Grounding Kit
• SystemShield HTAP Kit

You may choose:

• the Grounding Kit only
• the HTAP Kit only
• or both kits together

Step 2 — Choose whether each selected kit is Standard, Custom, or Not Required

Each kit section includes a Request Type option.

For each kit, choose:

• Standard if you want that kit in its standard form
• Custom if you want to modify that kit
• Not Required if you are not requesting that kit

Step 3 — Complete only the sections that apply

• If a kit is Not Required, select Not Required throughout that kit section where applicable and leave its quantity and custom fields blank if they do not apply.
• If a kit is Standard, enter the quantity needed and use Not Required for custom-only items that do not apply.
• If a kit is Custom, complete the related hardware, wire, length, and notes fields for that kit.

Step 4 — Enter project and contact information

At the end of the request form, enter the project information and contact details so SystemShield can identify the project and respond correctly.

SystemShield Grounding Kit Request Type

Use No Hardware Needed when:

You want the Grounding Kit without hardware.

Use Not Required when:

You are not requesting the Grounding Kit or that item does not apply.

Grounding Kit Bus Bar Requirement

Use this to show whether you want:

Grounding Kit 12 AWG Wire Type
