SystemShield Firestop Sleeve — 1″ EMT — Includes Putty & Bushings

Overview

The SystemShield Firestop Sleeve is a clean, repeatable pass-through solution for cable penetrations. A powder-coated clamp pair (Large Face Washer exterior + Cufflink interior) secures the sleeve mechanically while protecting cable jackets with included press-on bushings. This SKU ships with a pre-measured firestop putty pack sized for ~2″ total fill (1″ each side) so there’s no guessing in the field.

Not UL-listed/UL-classified: This product is not a UL-classified firestop system. UL classification applies only to complete, tested assemblies (sleeve, packing/sealant, annulus, substrate, cable mix, and method) that pass standardized fire/endurance tests.

• Quality Manufacturing: Dimensions and finish are held for repeatable fit and field results.
• When UL is Required: Use a UL-classified system such as the Smooth or Split Sleeve systems from UNIQUE Fire Stop Products, or obtain an AHJ-approved Engineering Judgment (EJ) from a qualified fire protection engineer before installation.
• Important: Company credentials and experience do not confer UL classification to custom assemblies.
